PAY STRUCTURE

Hourly + Individual Performance Commission

(paid biweekly with hourly pay)

Monthly Store Net Rev Bonus

(paid last paycheck of following month)

COMPENSATION MODEL

70% hourly wage / 30% commission/bonus
PTO accrued weekly,6 PAID HOLIDAYS (Annual max 80 hours)
Paid non-company certificate-based trainings:

* Microsoft, GIA jewelry, NRA, Sig Sauer, adding more quarterly
